Megadyne Belt được thành lập năm 1957 đặt trụ sở chính tại Mathi gần Turin ở Tây Bắc nước Ý bắt đầu sản xuất dây curoa Megadyne polyurethane.
Năm 1980 Megadyne Belt sản xuất moulded belts and open end polyurethane belts starts.
Năm 1990 Megadyne Belt bắt đầu phát triển mạng lưới thương mại trên toàn thế giới.
Năm 2000 Dây curoa Megadyne hoàn chỉnh dòng sản phẩm truyền động và phát triển thêm sản phẩm mới bằng việc mua lại công ty ở Tây ban Nha , sản xuất ở Milan, Ý.
